A new 3V3 shooter is coming soon in the form of T3 Arena. Developed by XD Entertainment PTE Ltd, T3 Arena is a self-described easy to learn fast-paced shooter, so sounds perfect for those who want to get in a bit of rapid gunplay on the move.

The gameplay in T3 Arena looks to take the form of a standard third-person shooter, however, there is an interesting automatic aim and fire mechanic thrown into the mix, so players will have to rethink the way they normally play. Whilst this may leave some shooter enthusiasts groaning, this mechanic will be a welcome entry for novices, or dare I say those of us who are losing our shooting reflexes.

The heroes of the game take inspiration from all sorts of different styles and backgrounds to create a nice eclectic mix of options. If closed ranged attacks sound fun there is Labula, a species of space broccoli that rides a UFO style mount. For those of a more long-ranged disposition, there is Ossas, a cyberpunk inspired android with a mullet which anyone can spot coming a mile away, but nonetheless functions as the game's sniper.

There are multiple game modes to choose from, ranging from your traditional Team Deathmatch, which can be played in 3-minute rounds to really ramp up the action, to Crystal Assault, where teams try to destroy each other's crystals whilst defending their own, which sounds like an interesting challenge in teams of three. XD Entertainment seems to agree, as they have implemented a voice chat in-game for teams to jump on, which is nice for when Discord goes down again.

T3 Arena is available to pre-register now on the App Store and TapTap. Google Play does not have a pre-registration, however, Early Access for Android will be March 17th, with iOS following May 26th.
