If someone walked into a room of gamers and asked “would you like a fleet of dragons”, at least 95% of them would be chomping at the bit, and that is exactly what Legou and Farlight Games have done with Call of Dragons. After creating the hugely popular Dislyte, that one game that sponsors every streamer and is every third advert on YouTube, Fairlight are continuing its trek through high fantasy with this new MMOSLG game.

For anyone who didn’t drop everything at 'fleet of dragons', Call of Dragons is an upcoming Massively Multiplayer Online Simulation Life Game which takes high fantasy themes and merges them with real-time strategy combat on a huge infinitely zoomable battlefield. So any dragon enthusiast can go right up to their eyes as they toast the enemy.

Players will feature a huge roster of unique fantasy-themed heroes and factions, and given their work with Dislyte expect them to be creative. Completing quests and missions will unlock magical artefacts to power up heroes and open up a plethora of different strategies for combat, such as the ability to turn invisible.

Everyone will get their own village that they must care for and guide from a tiny hovel to a mighty kingdom full of finely armed guards. Players will be able to fight a variety of dragons, and upon defeating them will have the opportunity to draft them into the army to dominate PvP battles from above. Besides the combat, there is a huge world to discover with a myriad of rewards on offer such as collectables, mini-games and song fragments which will combine together to tell the lore of the world of Tamaris.

There has been no precise release date given as of yet, however, the developers have confirmed that Call of Dragons will be released on iOS and Android at some point this year. Any interested gamers can also sign up for the pre-registration on the official site.
