In perhaps one of the most inventive Earth Days celebrations in gaming, CDE Entertainment has announced the arrival of Earth Kingdom Avatar Kyoshi to Avatar Generations. Players will be able to enjoy a story based on The Rise of Kyoshi book, as well as recruit a few new friends to their party.

Coming in as the first newly introduced Avatar after Aang, Kyoshi comes in as part of the Avatar Timelines feature, which will allow you to experience the life of past Avatars. The Rise of Kyoshi is the first in the best-selling Chronicles of Avatar series, and is a big influence on this new story, taking players to the Yokoya peninsula.

The story will unfold two Avatar incarnations years before Aang’s tenure and will bring with it a host of new heroes to the game, including Yun, Rangi, Kelsang and of course, Kyoshi herself. This will also mark the first time that most of these characters, such as Pirate Queen Tagaka, will be visibly and audibly represented in the series.

For those familiar with the series, Avatar Kyoshi is one of the most interesting Avatars in the series, thanks in most part to her rough upbringing. This caused her to bring a more ruthless streak to her time in the spotlight, having little qualms with permanently dispatching any obstacles to peace, and it was a generally effective approach.

If CDE captures her characteristics in battle, she could be a devastating addition to any team, not to mention it should be an incredibly interesting storyline to follow, allowing players to immerse themselves in the life and times that resulted in one of the strongest Avatars in history.
