New State Mobile has brought out a raft of improvements in its August update for players to sink their teeth into. With a map expansion, gun customization, a new mode, and the introduction of the new Ace League, there are plenty of things to get involved in.

After being around since 2022, the AKINTA map is getting a little bit of a facelift. The northern region of this futuristic African theme map, which was usually off-limits, is introducing new hotspots. You can do some Temple exploration for special items, or delve into the Canal. The Blue Zone also has a bit more space and has a longer Blue Zone reduction timer.

If you are getting tired of those crafty, speedy eight-year-olds popping up out of nowhere and shooting your face off before you can even whip out a how-do-you-do, then the Human vs. AI mode will pit you against, you guessed it, computer-based enemies. Hop in either Solo or Team games and hone your skills in safety.

For those of you who prefer longer-ranged engagements, you are in luck, the DMR SLG Marksman Eifle has gotten some loving care. The new Reinforced Barrel customisation option lets you enjoy an automatic firing mode along with the added silencing benefits. Bear in mind, however, that this eliminates the muzzle slot, and increases vertical recoil, so you weirdly won’t be able to fully enjoy the automatic firing for long without taking out a few low-flying pigeons.

After some AI training with your new gun, you could be in with a chance to book your place in the upcoming Ace League. By scoring at least 3,000 Points (Diamond V), you earn your way into the preliminaries from September 9th to 15th, with the main show taking place on the 16th and 17th for those who win a ticket to the event.

Download New State Mobile now from the App Store and Google Play, and get your hands on the Dante skin in the Survivor Pass Vol 22.
