Some of the best shooting experiences I dare say everyone has been paying Zombie modes when they get added, they are just good fun, and now PUBG Mobile is getting into the action. Starting its long run-up to the Halloween season, Zombies will be shuffling around the battlefield, with new challenges, abilities, and items for players to explore.

In Version 2.8, hordes of the infected will be sweeping across Erangel, Miramar, and Livik, at least until November 6th, when I suppose they all have an important dinner to get to. The dark energy of Aerolith has decimated the lab that was studying it and turned the area into a dangerous wasteland, loaded with supplies and resources, that also grant those who enter a respawn card, that would be cool if it brought you back as an undead.

During this event, players must try and prevent Mutants from being absorbed but the Aerolith in the lab. Any that get through will power up the daunting Rage Berserker boss who spawns. Manage to take him down though, and you’ll of earned yourself a crate, and possibly some genetic materials.

These materials can grant you some pretty powerful supernatural abilities. The Mutatation Gauntlets allow you to deal extremely powerful melee attacks through their Smash ability, or the Mutation Blade gives you a Sprint ability to hunt down players before you cut them down. Don’t forget to grab yourself a Maglev Hoverboard from the lab before you leave, to sail across both land and sea.

Outside of the horror, 2.8 is also bringing improvements to the World of Wonder creation mode, with Creation Rating, new gameplay devices for the Editor, and a Zombie PvE Template where new waves of monsters spawn each round for the true horde experience. Finally, Cycle 5 Season 14 has new rewards and cosmetics, and Metro Rayle Chapter 16 is bringing a new Dagger melee weapon for players to add to their collections.

PUBG Mobile is available to download now from the App Store and Google Play.
