Amazing Seasun Games has announced the next stage of the story for their 3D sci-fi shooter Snowbreak: Containment Zone. This update alongside a 7-day log-in mission offering a chance to get a free pull on the 5-Star character banner makes this a great time to get in on the fun.

This new update will continue the main storyline, with Fogbound Dream seeing players team up with Maruse Haru on a covert mission to the Fifth Research Insitute, with Harus's shrouded history coming to light. Through the chapter, you will encounter Will Anderson, a powerful new boss with both teleportation and summon abilities that will keep you on your toes.

You won’t have to face this alone though, as the 5-star Haru - Absconditus characters will get a boosted drop-rate on September 21st, along with her compatible 16-Psyche weapon. During battle, she can use a variety of slashing attacks to deal kinetic damage to her foes, and in the right circumstances to instantly dispatch enemies under 50% life.

In some excellent news for exploration enthusiasts, and I count myself amongst them, Chasing Light and Shadow is a new mode that gives you a fully open world to explore for the first time. You can find a host of hidden plots and tasks to uncover as you hunt for Data Samples that can be exchanged for rewards, but who cares because open world!

For those who just want to rampage through a new space, the Shrouded City Sweep is for you. Various zones will pop up on this new map for players to go on clear to rack up the points. If you prefer to team up with friends, then Foolish Mayhem will see you dive into some co-op action to combat waves of enemies such as Coyotes and Adventists.
