The Waven waters are about to get a lot more dangerous, as the deadly Belladonna ushers in Chapter 2 of the Lance-Dur season. Cire Momore has retired, and players are now able to tackle this new threat, complete with a clean slate of enticing rewards to earn.

At the heart of the competitive island, the time portal prepares to take you to a new enemy. Until December 19th, you can take on the deadly Belladonna with your daily ticket of destiny. As deadly as the poisonous plant she is named after, you will need to be at the top of your fame to vanquish this foe.

Each week the Battle Pass challenges will reset, bringing new goals to achieve. Players can rack up between 10 and 50 stars through these to progress through stages of rewards and net themselves emotes, pets, visual effects, and companion skins, the last of which sounds pretty cool. Each Battle Pass has its own set of rewards, with of course the most expensive Platinum Pass having the all. Got to make that money somehow.

Luckily for those of us with terrible memory, of which I count myself, if you forget to claim these rewards, they will sit patiently in your mailbox when the next update launches, which is a nice touch. However, Season Tickets can only be used in their corresponding chapters, so make sure you don't miss them.

Now for a bit of bad news. This chapter will reset the ladder to zero, so everyone will need to scamper back up. The best players will be rewarded with Wakufu Fragments, chests, and gems, with everyone who takes part earning at least 500 Fragments. These can be spent on rings, spells, armbands, and companions, so it’s worth battling at least once.

Waven is available to download from the App Store and Google Play now, with Belladonna ready to face until December 19th. After that, the Lance-Dur season will enter its final chapter, with Albuera rounding off the pack until mid-January.
