With all this holy jolly merriment going around and the Christmas spirit, it is clear that what the world truly needs right now is a great big dollop of festive-themed Darwinism, courtesy of Dumb Ways to Die 4. Christmas has arrived in Dumbville, and that was only ever going to mean one thing; three new minigames.

Putz is engaging in that age-old activity of anyone who goes shopping - trying to bring everything in one go. Stay Putz has players trying to hold Putz steady as he wobbles with a tower of presents, but it seems everyone in Dumbville ordered fireworks, as one wrong move will result in a fiery yuletide explosion.

In what is probably the best name of the trio, Deer ‘N Present Danger casts players as one of Santa’s helpers. It will be down to you to ensure that all presents are delivered by Christmas Eve, with both them and you remaining in one piece. Load up the sleigh and see if you have the skills to complete the task.

The final event may be a little offputting for those with Ophidiophobia, or who never got over that Garden of Eden indecent. Cookies Eve has Mishap chilling at home enjoying a few chocolate-chipped delights, but their pet snake is also eyeing them up. Become a cookie ninja, dunk them in milk and devour them as fast as you can to avoid a snack-starved snake bite.

Not wanking to let its predecessors have all the fun, the original Dumb Ways to Die will be featuring a festive home screen, as well as hosting a plethora of Christmas minigames from the past. There are even rumblings of a new YouTube short Story dropping later in December, but you have to act surprised.
