Let me paint a familiar picture; you pick up a game, love it for a while, then general life responsibilities or maybe another title pulls you away, and your love falls to the wayside. It's a sad scene, but Pearl Abyss is looking to recapture the wayward wanderers from its MMORPG Black Desert Mobile with the Black Pearl Return Campaign.
For the whole month of April, until the 30th, lapsed Adventurers can start a fresh character on the new Oasis server and benefit from a 100% return in Black Pearls. If you don't know what that means, you will get the equivalent of Black Pearls to the amount paid to date, a nice financial upside.
Not only this, but you can also create a new character that has the same combat power as your previous character to get straight into the action. Or, simply take advantage of levelling five times faster to combat power 35,000 to relearn the game if you have been gone that long. Who can resist a fresh playthrough either way?
If you aren't on Oasis, don’t fret, as Adventurers on existing servers will be gifted two Okiara’s Blessing, and all players will get a new crafting recipe, capable of crafting a +7 Rift Totem Chest. Those with high-level totems already can use 20,000 crystalized totems to create a +7 instantly.
Adding to an already packed April, Black Desert Mobile is running a bevvy of Events to keep you busy or welcome you back in style. Take part in the April Fool’s Community event before April 15th to be in with a chance to receive 30 Neruda Shen Ancient Secret Chests, or nab a new title in the Special Title Events, lasting til April 23rd. You can get all current special titles and a unique one for the new server.
From the 9th till the 30th you can partake in the Gleam Giveaway Event with items such as Black Pearls and Shadow Knots up for grabs, or be rewarded for your opinions from April 23rd to April 30th in the wordy What Items Are Essential for New Servers or New Characters Survey. Finally, until April 9th you could help your favourite event return by voting for it in the poll, with the winner coming back for all to enjoy.
