Gamedoctors, the indie team behind ZombieSmash has announced a new update for the defensive zombie killer. The free soccer-themed update comes around as football fever spreads across the globe (much like a zombie plague). The update decks out the protagonist's home with decorations in support of your country's team, while turning the encroaching zombies into members of your most hated rival franchise.

Many of ZombieSmash!'s powerful weapons will be appropriately themed as well - for instance, the land mines will be booby trapped with the opposing team's flag, but will explode in a torrent of the home team's colors when trod upon. Also included in the update are brand-new weapons, including the referee's whistle and gigantic signal horn, with unique zombie-destroying capabilities.

The update features:

- Soccer teams from 5 different nations: USA, England, Germany, France, Australia
- Football themed backgrounds and weaponry
- 5 all-new powerful specials
- 16 bonus nights
- 8 additional bonus nights exclusively designed to max out the limit of 3GS devices.
