New Month, New Season, Top Games - Have Your Say
Depending on where you happen to be located, June means Winter or Summer - in either case there's one constant... top games of the month!
Whether you're finishing up exams, grafting away at your job or taking a break from it all, handheld gaming can be a great way to blast through a few spare moments to perk up the day. I get the privilege on an almost daily basis, but how about you? What games have caught your interest over the last month?
Is it something new? Something old? Have you strayed from the App Store path or did you struggle to connect to anything during May?
While I work on AppSpy's Top 3 for May, have your say in the comments!

My favorite has to be Speedball 2. I grew up with it on the atari and was the first computer game I ever played. It was only a few months ago that I brought down my atari from the attic after its 10 year stay there and started playing it again. Was so shocked to see it release and I really think that it lives up to the original!
The game i've been playing the most the last month is chaos rings. It has a fairly solid style of gameplay and although the game seems very repetative playing the same game 4 times over, I was more than willing to put up with it because of the amazing story. The best i've seen so far for an iPod game. I think for the price your combat style for each pair should be very different to make it more interesting if you're repeating the same areas, but I have no complaint as I bought it at a reduced price and will be buying the second as soon as it drops down! =]
Thanks for all the continued reviews, been my main source of app info for over a year now!!
Chaos Rings, Hunters: Episode One, and City of Secrets. All solid titles, and if you are not familiar with them, Check them out. Andrew has a review for all of them.
I actually got my iPod Touch taken away by my mother ( -_- ), but before it happened, I played, League of Evil, Fruit Ninja, Tilt to Live (@FalloutNewVegas, you're awesome xD), StarDunk Gold, and Soosiz.
I'm thinking about buying Storm in a Teacup and Bumpy Road soon.
hey andrew,
i'm a long time reader, first time poster, and just wanted to let you know that i really appreciate the work you put in to making these reviews. Even better than ign.com in my opinion :D
I've been playing around with the IB:Arena update as well as bumpy road and first touch soccer, but hands down i have to give my game of the month choice to touchgrind bmx. it is insanely addictive and challenging and i cant stop loving it.
Super Stickman Golf, all the way.
I'm mainly playing Bumpy Road, Tilt-To-Live, Touchgrind BMX, Modern Combat 2.
Saludos Andrew! I just want to take this moment to say, thanks!! for the great reviews an the awesome web page that is App Spy!! you guys are my first source for reviews and free games
I think the best in this days have been the new Infinity Blade: Arena update, also I love World of Goo, Frisbee, House of Mice, and Great little war game (that's what I been playing) And I can't wait to put mi hands on Storm in a Teacup and Bumpy Road.
Also it will be great if we can comment on your mobile web version since I cant do it from my iPod Touch.
Felicidades!!
This month, played lots of frisbee, chaos rings (original), My brute, and Infinity Blade. I know, eclectic. What's even more strange is the game I've been playing the most, more than all the above together: words with friends!
