Cut The Rope dabbles with time travel

It's been a couple of years since Zeptolabs released a proper sequel to Cut The Rope, the physics based twine snipper that introduced the world to Om Nom, a candy obsessed froggy alien thing with an appetite for sugar that only you can sate.

Well, there's a new adventure for Om Nom on the way and it looks like it's going to involve jumping through different periods in time thanks to a fantastical machine. We don't have a lot to go on so far, save for some images from the Facebook profile of Burger King, who are running a promotion to tie in with the game, of Om Nom in pirate get up and wearing a viking helmet.

We've also got a story trailer, which we've embedded below, that shows Om Nom following a lump of delicious candy into the belly of the infernal time travel machine.

We'll obviously keep you updated when we find out more, but for now check out the trailer and see what you make of Om Nom's next escapade.
