Visit ice planet Cryo in festive Junk Jack X update

Christmas has come early to block-based building bonanza Junk Jack X, with a new update adding a ton of festive content to the game.

First off, players will notice the appearence of a new planet in the Junk Jack X universe. It's called Cryo, and it's covered in ice, so you'll want pour some anti-freeze on that gold-plated pickaxe.

Ice isn't the only weather-related phenomenon you'll be dealing with, however. The update also brings with it a real time weather system, complete with rain and snow conditions.

You won't be trudging through drizzle without a purpose, either. There are now additional objects to build and position, plus new block types and plants to discover.

If the snow isn't festive enough for you, Terra itself can now be decked with Christmas cheer. You can hang wreathes, put up stockings for Santa, and hang twinkly fairy lights on your blocky grotto.

You can download the Junk Jack X update right now. If you want to see Peter and I getting to grips with the game itself, then check out the first episode of The Junk Jack X Files below.
