Here's the trailer for The Lord of the Rings: Legends of Middle-Earth, Kabam's new Tolkien-based CCG

By , on October 20, 2014

Looks like The Lord of the Rings: Legends of Middle-Earth is a CCG / RPG a la Rage of Bahamut and its ilk.

The game's available right now on iOS and Android, and you can see all the character collecting shenanigans in the new trailer for the game below.

WHY?! Kabam just keeps taking this license that I love and making free-2-play apps with it. And this one actually looks pretty. Dang it. I'm gonna download it and play it occasionally and hate myself for doing so. I just want a proper premium JRPG based on the Hobbit or LOTR. Why is that not happening?! Rhetorical. I know. Money.

Yeah, I think money is the exact reason why. Shame, but understandable.

Have you played the PS2 action adventure games? They might be a little more up your street.
