There’s a new kart racer in town, and it’s bringing its own brand of missile slinging hijinks and reality-bending stunts. Blocky Racing has arrived on iOS and Android, offering up heaps of classic kart racing fun in a pint-sized mobile package. If you love Mario Kart, don’t miss out on Blocky Racing.

Blocky Racing rewards folks who love to get their hands dirty. Zip through sneaky shortcuts to take the lead, and scoop up power ups to unlock weapons to unleash on your opponents. You’ll find buff power-ups, too, including shield boosts to help keep yourself protected. Take too much damage, and your kart will start to lose blocks, until it finally crumbles to pieces.

This fun racing frenzy plays out on over 50 individual tracks, each with unique quirks, shortcuts, traps, and other obstacles. Master each to become king of the road—it’s a big task, but immensely rewarding.

Blocky Racing features 16 different racers. Zip around on a Snowmobile or Dune Buggy. Or if you like to keep things really interesting, why not give the Rubber Ducky a try? Each kart has its own strengths and weaknesses. Experiment with each to see which best suits your style before upgrading your kart to turn it into the fastest car on the circuit.

All told, Blocky Racing really stirs the nostalgia while trying some fun new things. You can check it out now for free on the App Store or Google Play.
