Adding to the action at the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang M7 World Championship, MOONTON has just announced the MLBB Media Championship (MMC), an on-site tournament for media. 

“Hosting the MMC alongside the M7 gives us a chance to showcase the ecosystem behind MLBB Esports,” said Adrian Cher, Global Head of Partnerships for MLBB Esports in a press release. "Esports is more than just the game and our players. What many don’t get to see is how technology powers gameplay and how our valued media partners bring these moments to life for audiences around the world." 

MLBB Media Championship details at M7

The MMC will have eight teams made up of on-site media. The teams will compete in elimination rounds to see who which two teams will reach the Grand Finals. 

The winning team will get five realme smartphones (one for each team member) and 270K Diamonds. 

M7 Awards For Best Media

In an ongoing attempt to shine a spotlight on the media covering Mobile Legends: Bang Bang's biggest tournament of the year, MOONTON also revealed the M7 Awards For Best Media. 

The categories will be:

  • Trendspotter Award
  • Best in Esports Business Journalism Award
  • Outstanding Feature Award

As part of MOONTON's ongoing collaboration with realme, the winners of the media awards will get a realme smartphone, 50K Diamonds, and a certificate.

"With the realme 15 Pro’s immersive esports features, media will have the chance to explore the technical side of competitive play and experience how innovation shapes competitive play.”
