We're up to April in our round up of the best games that came out on the App Store this year. That's a pretty exciting fact. I mean, it's not really, but I'm just trying to fill up space. I'm pretty tired if I'm being honest.

A super hardcore shooter that sees you legging it through a bunch of aliens that are trying to murder you. It takes a while to get used to, and some people are going to be decidedly put off by the difficulty, but if you stick with it you're going to find a super entertaining blast.
An auto-runner that's all about stopping bombs from exploding. Imagine Crossy Road, but instead of avoiding traffic you're making your way through a maze. There's also traffic. And tanks. And guns. It can get painfully addictive if you let it.
This one is a puzzler that's all about shifting colours. It might not sound like the most interesting thing in the world, but there's an awful lot going on here. And once you get to the more difficult levels you're going to be scratching the hell out of your head to figure out what you're meant to be doing.
