Tiny Tower Update Accidentally Adds More Bugs

By , on July 20, 2011

If you enjoyed Tiny Tower as much as we did back when our man reviewed it, naturally you'd expect to be pleased by news of an update...especially one that adds some fresh swag.

That's how we felt at first, too, but sadly life just isn't that simple.

NimbleBit, Tiny Tower's developers, have accidentally infested the game they were trying to patch with some horrid bugs.

So, what was the update actually supposed to bring to the Tiny Tower table?

Five new businesses, a brand-new VIP, frequent autosaving, sound issue fixes, and the ability to quickly scroll to the top of your tower are the main additions and tweaks to this free building-management game.

A pretty beefy update, in other words, but it may be best to hold off downloading until those bugs have been squashed for good.
