Zodiac is a 2D JRPG with a story by the writer of Final Fantasy XV and a soundtrack from the composer of Final Fantasy Tactics

Here's why I'm excited for Zodiac;

The game itself is being developed by Kobojo, a European outfit that seemingly have a bit of a passion for JRPGs. Talent includes peeps that have worked on Pokemon and a whole bunch of MMOs.

The scenario is from the mind of Kazushige Nojima, whose previous work includes Final Fantasy VII, VIII, X, X-2, Final Fantasy XV, and Kingdom Hearts. Music is provided by Hitoshi Sakimoto, of Final Fantasy XII and Tactics fame, with credits on Tactics Ogre, Vagrant Story, Gradius V, and more.

The game promises an epic story, turn-based battles, platforming, puzzle solving, and an online persistent world to explore with friends.

I'm pumped for this, and I think you should be too, but we'll have to wait until 2015 to see how it turns out.
