Brawl Stars' 2026 esports scene will be operated by BLAST

Brawl Stars' esports scene is about to get massive in 2026. 

BLAST has just announced a multi-year partnership with Supercell, which will have the tournament organizer operating Brawl Stars' esports ecosystem next year. The TO plans to launch a global calendar with plenty of tournaments, live broadcasts, and a $2 million prize pool. 

“This multi-year commitment enables us to innovate around formats, storytelling, standalone live events and broadcast – driving a new era of entertainment for players and fans worldwide,” said Leo Matlock, BLAST's CBO. 

“Furthermore, we are excited to enhance the commercial opportunities around Brawl Stars esports for brands, media and destinations to benefit from.”

This will be a big change for Brawl Stars' esports scene, which was originally operated by ESL. 

What we know about Brawl Stars in 2026

The calendar has not been revealed just yet, but there are some structural details that have been confirmed. 

“It’s been seven years since we globally launched Brawl Stars, and it’s been wild. We’ve come a long way with our esports programme, and we’re proud of that, but we need to keep taking big swings, said Kim Jensen, Brawl Star's Esports Manager. 

“The team at BLAST has shown a really high ambition level, and our shared goal is to make Brawl esports even more accessible for our players while exploring new opportunities for fandom and growth.”

There will be five regions in the Brawl Stars ecosystem, and they're the same ones as last year: 

• EMEA 
• North America
• South America
• APAC
• China

The format will also be the same, with the calendar year split into Spring and Summer. The Spring Split will end with the Brawl Cup in May 2026. The Summer Split will lead into the Last Chance Qualifier. 

This is how the teams for the Bral Stars World Finals will be decided. 

The Summer Split, on the other hand, will conclude with the Last Chance Qualifier LAN. This will be the final chance for teams to qualify for the 2026 Brawl Stars World Finals.
