The Esports World Cup is returning this summer and it's bringing plenty of mobile esports action along with it.

Recently, the Esports World Cup revealed its schedule and prize pools for 2026. The question is, are any mobile esports getting bigger prize pools this time around?

Esports World Cup 2026 prize pools for mobile esports

The Esports World Cup 2026 is known for its massive prize pools and these are only growing in 2026 due to the event's continued popularity. However, the mobile esports in the event are not seeing much change.

There is a total $75 million on the line across all the titles throughout the summer. Here's the prize pools for mobile esports in the lineup:

  • Mobile Legends: Bang Bang: $3 million (same as 2025)
  • PUBG Mobile: $3 million (same as 2025)
  • Honor of Kings: $3 million (same as 2025)
  • Free Fire: $1 million (same as 2025)
  • Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Women's Invitational: $500K (same as 2025)

As you can see, not much has changed this time around. However, PUBG Mobile will have eight more teams competing in 2026 than 2025, meaning the prize money will be split between more competitors.

Esports World Cup 2026 schedule for mobile esports

The Esports World Cup has also shared its summer schedule, which spans across seven weeks. We don't have the exact dates and times, but we can tell you which week to expect each mobile esports tournament:

  • Week 2, July 13th-19th: Free Fire
  • Week 3, July 20th-26th: PUBG Mobile, Women's Invitational
  • Week 4, July 27th-August 2nd: Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid-Season Cup
  • Week 5: August 3rd-9th: Honor of Kings World Cup (KWC)
  • Week 7: August 17th-23rd: Crossfire

The full schedule will likely be shared soon enough, but this gives us an idea of what to expect.

Last year, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang completely dominated the EWC, getting almost one-third of the entire event's viewership. The peak viewership during the Grand Finals was over 3 million viewers, with PUBG Mobile in second with just 1.4 million - and League of Legends at 1.2 million.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang has continued to grow massively, thanks to its strong scene in Malaysia and the Philippines. More women have also been getting involved, building up the viewership and fanbase.
