Pokemon Go gives everyone a free adorable fighting friend with the Might and Mastery season
In my opinion, when Pokemon Go released Mega Lucairo they could have stopped and they would have had the perfect game. But nope, the developers have admirably continued to try and outdo their greatest work, with their latest attempt releasing today in the form of the Might and Mastery season.
You will now be able to go all Kung Fu Panda on your opponents thanks to the arrival of the Wushu Pokemon, Kubfu. This dedicated martial arts practitioner will be available to catch via a free piece of Special Research, so make sure you don’t miss out on that. For bigger fans of the fighting bear, there is an additional Paid Special Research packing an encounter with Dynamax Kubfu.
Speaking of Dynamaxing, you know what's worse than a dog who can control thunder? A massive dog that can control thunder, but that is what we are getting as Dynamax Raikou makes their debut. You can encounter them in five-star Max Battles, with March 15th and March 16th being a special weekend celebrating this shocking beast.

For those itching to take their new Wushu-loving pal into battle, then head over to the Might and Mastery GO Battle League. You can hop into a number of leagues to show off your skills including the Willpower Cup, Scroll Cup, Master Premiere, and more. Trainers who take part will earn extra Stardust from win rewards, and get some free battle-themed Timed Research.
Also, during this week to fuel your fighting spirit, the maximum number of sets Trainers can play per day will increase to a huge 20. Of course, Pokemon GO is a cooperative game too, and thanks to the Campfire, teaming up is getting easier. Use it, and you can view nearby Max Battle and Flare activity to help you get into the action even more easily.
Pokemon Go is available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
