PUBG Mobile Global Championship has turned Bangkok into a massive esports party

Heading into the 2025 PUBG Mobile Global Championship, the entire city of Bangkok has basically been transformed. It's further proof that mobile esports is becoming more than just tournaments; they're pop culture juggernauts. 

The PMGC Grand Finals will take place on December 12th, but Bangkok has a lot in store for fans leading up to that fight for the $3 million prize pool. The entire city has basically been wrapped in PUBG Mobile Global Championship branding and there are activations almost everywhere you go.

It's almost like a video game in itself. Follow the activities and banners and you'll eventually get to the venue, which has celebrities and performances. There's even a runway featuring PUBG Mobile X-Suits brought to life. Fans can also visit a Porsche collaboration booth, a Pop Creative Zone, and more. 

 

We don't expect anything less from a game that's been collaborating with just about everything you can think of, including Balenciaga. From Porsche to Sonic to Skibidi Toilet, PUBG Mobile has been attempting a worldwide cultural takeover.
