Have you got a catalogue of cool kills and accidentally awesome car tricks in PUBG Mobile? Or some macabre combination of the two? Well, you might be able to turn your collection of clips into some cold, hard cash thanks to the PUBG Mobile Content Creator Initiative.

To give it its full name, the Next Star Global Creator Recruitment program, or the NSGCR as no one calls it, is designed to promote talent across eight major regions. It's spot your acronym time as the regions are: MENA, WEU, NA, EEU, SEA, SA, LATAM, and AF.

Before you go thinking this will just be a little bump or pocket money, Krafton is really putting its money where its mouth is. There is over $6 million in annual cash prizes, along with exclusive in-game rewards. One of those is obviously a lot more attractive, but hey, who doesn’t like free stuff?

You might also be thinking you need to be a big creator already to qualify. Well, hold all of these wild assumptions you are throwing around, because you most certainly don’t. There are no follower requirements to clear, so even if you are relatively new, you still might be in with a shout.

There are only two hurdles to clear. To start with, you need to have published two PUBG Mobile videos in the past month. Fair enough, rewarding loyalty, got to respect that. Second, you must agree to the Code of Conduct. We won’t dive into the fine print here, but it’s probably safe to say it will be standard stuff. I am not a lawyer.

It is a genuine delight to see a developer investing in its audience, but it is important to say this isn’t a one-off for Krafton. This program has run since 2021 and has dished out $3.5 million so far. You can also nab yourself one of the annual awards that gets handed out for that shiny prestige.

PUBG Mobile is available to download from the App Store and Google Play, and you can visit the official website to sign up for the NSGCR. Catchy, no?
