Fortnite x Toy Story crossover to arrive with Buzz Lightyear, Woody, and Zurg

Fortnite is gearing up for its next big collaboration, this time with Pixar’s Toy Story ahead of its release on June 19th. 

As per leaks, the partnership is set to drop on April 10th at 8 PM ET, bringing a bunch of in-game items including outfits, emotes, a sidekick, and more.

The character skins arriving with the update include Buzz Lightyear, Woody, and Zurg, as revealed by trusted dataminer ShiinaBR. They will also feature special emotes called To Infinity and Destroy Buzz, along with pickaxes, kicks, back blings, and more.

Other content includes an Alien Sidekick and the Pizza Planet Truck, and fans can get a glimpse of them in the official trailer, which has also been leaked by ShiinaBR.

All items scheduled to be available as part of the collaboration will arrive in the Item Shop; however, prices have not been revealed yet.

Get These Items Early With Fortnite Toy Story Showdown Series Cups

Epic Games has announced the Toy Story Showdown Series Cups, offering players a chance to unlock Buzz Lightyear and Emperor Zurg, along with their cosmetics, early.

Players can participate in the Buzz Lightyear and Emperor Zurg Cups on mobile, Xbox, PlayStation, and PC. The goal is to choose a side and secure eliminations using SMGs.

At the end of both events, the side with more eliminations will earn a bonus reward, while the top-performing players in each tournament will receive the following:

Oceania, Asia, and Middle East

  • 1st to 125th – “Buzz Lightyear” or "Emperor Zurg” in-game outfit
  • 1st to 125th – “Lightyear Wings” or "Zurg Blaster Pack" back bling
  • 8 Points – “Buzz vs Zurg” spray

Europe

  • 1st to 1,175th – “Buzz Lightyear” or "Emperor Zurg” in-game outfit
  • 1st to 1,175th – “Lightyear Wings” or "Zurg Blaster Pack" back bling
  • 8 Points – “Buzz vs Zurg” spray

Brazil and North America West

  • 1st to 200th – “Buzz Lightyear” or "Emperor Zurg” in-game outfit
  • 1st to 200th – “Lightyear Wings” or "Zurg Blaster Pack" back bling
  • 8 Points – “Buzz vs Zurg” spray

North America Central

  • 1st to 450th – “Buzz Lightyear” or "Emperor Zurg” in-game outfit
  • 1st to 450th – “Lightyear Wings” or "Zurg Blaster Pack" back bling
  • 8 Points – “Buzz vs Zurg” spray

Both cups will only have one session, and if you miss it, you will have to purchase the items from the Item Shop.
