Honkai: Star Rail continues the Amphoreus story later this month

The last chapter of Honkai: Star Rail ended with, skip ahead to avoid spoilers, the Trailblazer and Phainon striking a deal to force an invading army to retreat. That was only half the story, however, as Amphoreus is still under threat, and the Trailblazer needs to head on a journey spanning a millennium.

In the upcoming Trailblaze Mission, you will team up with Cyrene and dive into another cycle of Eternal Recurrence. This will fire you back 1,000 years to the ancient Okhemea. Here you will meet Imperator Cerydra, holder of the Law Coreflame, and then ruler of Okhema. Then comes the doubtless destruction of the timeline as you yoink her to the present time to join your team!

Yes, Imperator Cerydra can be recruited as a 5-Star Wind-Type who can grant an ally the Military Merit buff. This increases their ATK and, as the buff levels up through the fight, will also impart increased Crit Dmg and All-Type Res Pen. Her Ultimate also grants Charge for herself for more support.

Our second character is also packing some support. Hysilens is a 5-Star Physical fighter whose Ultimate creates a Zone. When active, each time an enemy is hit with a DoT, Hysilens will follow up with an additional DoT. Most of her attacks can also add random DoT to your foe, making her perfect for your DoT party. Kafka and Silver Wolf will also return in Version 3.5 if you enjoy recruiting infuriating characters like Kafka.

Also returning are Honkai’s fun minigames. The Chrysos Maze Grand Restaurant will see you running an eatery in Aedes Elysiae, serving fairies and upgrading your establishment. Continuing the food theme, Old Brews & New Friends will place you behind the counter at the Dreamjolt Hostelry to sling drinks and mingle with guests.
