Blade and Soul Heroes breezes past 2 million pre-registrations ahead of release

Somehow it is now September, a fact which I am constantly forgetting and keeps surprising me. The space-time continuum is clearly cracked. Universal theorem breakdowns aside, it does mean we are closer to the release date of Blade and Soul Heroes. Coming September 24th, the NC America MMORPG is hotly anticipated.

Heroes is set three years before the iconic MMORPG Blade & Soul, and follows the story of Yusol. They are on a journey to restore their family name, but it is perilous. Luckily, they collect an army of friends along the way for some good old-fashioned action-RPG throw downs.

It is a game that has everyone whipped up, having recently cruised past 2 million pre-registrations. In fact, it apparently even surpassed NC America's expectations, as they added some extra rewards for this milestone.

I wonder what they will add if we all club together and make it reach 3 million. 

Let’s instead take a look at what had definitely been unlocked, starting with the initial slate of rewards. Everyone will be able to outshine their opponents thanks to a special outfit and weapon skin for Yusol. This is in addition to 8 Refined Soul Gems, 10 Hero Recruit Plaques, and 100,000 Gold.

Thanks to the community hitting 2 million registrations, NC America has also topped that pile up with 200 Divine Gems, and 200,000 additional Gold. Not a bad way to start our adventures. Perhaps the most substantial result, however, is the release of a new trailer, sporting a bouncy K-pop song.
