Clash Royale Season 82 Balloon Festival adds Balloon Hero and global tournaments

Supercell has announced the addition of a new hero and a new evolution in Clash Royale Season 82 called Balloon Festival.

Moreover, the publisher will also host a global tournament for competitive players and a new market will also be introduced.

The new hero, Balloon, comes with an ability called Coffin Cadets, which deploys a group of skeletons that crash into the nearest target, dealing damage before continuing the fight on foot.

Minion Horde is the newest evolution, which allows each minion to become invisible and invincible for a few seconds after taking damage. However, their movement and attack speed will be reduced.

Both the Hero Balloon and Minion Horde Evolution can be unlocked through Pass Royale or by spending 200 Hero Coins.

From April 20 to 27, the Balloon Race community event will take place, where players can choose between the Blue Balloon or Red Balloon teams. The objective is to win matches and reach the finish line faster to earn exclusive rewards.

Two new modes, Hero Draft and Flooded Arena Draft, will also be available for a limited time. Moreover, the Festival Market is arriving with a new set of rewards that can be claimed by exchanging Festival Tokens.

Showcase Your Skills Through Global Events

Royal Tournament is a newly announced global event running from April 8 to 13. During the competition, there will be no restrictions or modifications, meaning participants can use all cards, evolutions, and heroes. However, they will be capped at Level 11.

Defeat opponents to earn rewards, and once you reach 12 wins, you will enter the leaderboard, where you can climb to the top position.

Last but not least, Triple Draft returns with its League from April 17 to 26, featuring multiple rewards. Players who win 15 matches will earn a League Badge, while the top 10,000 players will receive a Triple Draft Leaderboard Finisher Badge.
