Crystal of Atlan shows it has fantastic taste in team-ups with Digimon Adventures collaboration

I have been writing mobile news for a while, and there comes a point where you get used to all the announcements. It takes a lot to excite you. Well, Nuverse exploded my brain with the announcement that Crystal of Atlan is collaborating with Digimon Adventure. I will be logging in as soon as I finish writing this.

The vile Machinedramon has burst into Atlan, and seeing as there are no Digidestined around, it is down to you to take him down. Happily, you won’t have to take on this deadly bit of machinery alone, as Agumon and Gatomon are joining in the fight.

Now, throwing a cat and a small lizard at what is effectively a walking car crusher would not be a smart move in any world. Luckily, Digivolutions are a thing. Gatomon can super digivolve to Angewomon, whereas Agumon kicks it up to 11 by warp digivolving into WarGreymon.

You can obtain these two as pets to help you in fights, and they will cast unique skills upon digivolving. This is not the best part of the collaboration, however. That would be the news that we can unlock Garurumon and MetalGarurumon as mounts, each having their own abilities. I will find a way to ride both at once. Maybe stacking them.

If you can drag yourself away from this collaboration, which is a big ask, I know, then don’t forget the Crystal of Atlan Super Glenn Cup has kicked off. This lasts until September 14th, and consists of both a PvP tournament and a PvE race. Registrations have closed, so you can no longer join, but it will be fun to follow regardless.
