Dunky City Dynasty adds the great Anthony Edwards in Season 9 Vol 1

Despite still playing at the age of 41 and putting up respectable numbers, LeBron James can’t remain the face of the NBA forever. So, we look to the newer generation. For my money, it will either be the powerhouse that is Luka Dončić or my beloved Minnesota Timberwolves' own Anthony Edwards, the latter of whom is joining the ranks of Dunk City Dynasty. 

At the risk of turning this article into an Anthony Edwards praise piece, he deserves it, so it is what it is. An exceptional guard and all-around player, he is a threat all over the court. His primary attributes are his speed, power, and ability to score from anywhere he feels like. Ant-Man is a player any defence would fear.

Backing up Edwards this season is Mikal Bridges of New York Knicks fame. Whilst he won’t set the world on fire like Ant-Man, Bridges is a sturdy defender to add to your roster. Out of the two of these, however, I know which one I would choose. 

It is not just new players being added. Dunk City Dynasty Season 9 Volume 1 is carrying on the fan-favourite Season Journey. Here you can compete in multiple game modes to earn Season Trophies, alongside a host of milestone content. Even better, if you lose, like I like to do, you don’t suffer any penalties.

You can also pick up the Hero and the Boxing Champion outfits. Lacing up those gloves might be a bad idea on the court, but how else are you going to stop a player like Edwards?
