Dunk City Dynasty Season 5 adds a perimeter legend to its ranks
One of the biggest errors the Minnesota Timberwolves have made, besides having a stacked roster for years and somehow not delivering, was losing Karl-Anthony Towns. I know we had to for salary cap reasons, and we have to build around Anthony Edwards, but it hurt.
Now, however, I can relive my KAT dreams, as he is added to Dunk City Dynasty.
Season 5 adds this future Hall of Famer, alongside two-way maestro Pascal Siakam, and the already legendary Ray Allen. He is one of the greatest Shooting Guards there have ever been, carried by his uncanny ability to score from deep. There are only two players who have scored more 3’s than Allen: James Harden and Stephen Curry. Although no-one is ever catching Curry here.
Having said that, Karl-Antony Edwards is also adept with the three-pointer. Add this to his rebounding skills and ability to play near the hoop, and he is a rare Centre that is a threat anywhere. Just don’t expect him to perform well on the defence if he is anything close to real life. If you want more of a balance, then Pascal Siakam is a fantastic all-rounder. From scoring to defending to passing, he has a wide arsenal to keep you covered.

Whilst you decide who to recruit, KAT, you should still pop in for the login rewards, including a Talent Pass. You can also enter the Spring Festival Bash, with games such as Smash the Eggs. This can be undertaken in cooperative play too, with both players earning items such as Superstar Card Packs and the Lion Dance Outfit.
For more competitive players, the NBA All-Star Weekend Challenge kicks off on February 4th. Choose between Team USA or World Team, and compete to earn points and unlock prizes like the 2026 All-Star Commemorative Avatar. If you need a little fashion before the big show, the Flame Knight outfit is now available, and you can head to the Treasure Hunt Event to unlock the popular Conqueror and Undersea World sets.
Dunk City Dynasty is available from the App Store and Google Play.
