If you are like me when it comes to FIFA, any game consists of failing to do any tricks and then slide tackling everything within a five-mile radius, including your own squad. Especially your own squad.

To see how it is really meant to be done, some top EA Sports FC Mobile players are facing off next month in back-to-back tournaments.

All the top talent will be meeting at the Jingwu Gymnasium in the Hongkou District of Shanghai between September 9th and 14th for nearly a week of football frenzy. If you don’t feel like hopping a plane to crash the action in person, you can watch the action on the official EA Sports FC Mobile YouTube channel.

EA has stumped up a total $360k prize pool for the events, and the fun kicks off with the FC Pro Champions Cup. Between September 9th and 12th, EA Sports FC Online will hold its tournament with 12 teams battling for a piece of the $300k pie. FC Mobile will take its turn in the spotlight on September 11th during the Finals.

The FC Mobile Asia Champion will be crowned after the top six regional players' duke it out through group stages and playoffs. $60k will be split between the contestants, as well as the glory of the crown. After this, we have two days of dedicated FC Mobile matches in the FC Pro Mobile Festival.

Following the high-stakes action of the Champions Cup, the Festival is more about entertaining exhibition matches. EA has invited players from China, MENA, Brazil, the USA, Europe, and more to join, splitting them into ten teams that are comprised of one pro and one creator.

September 13th will play host to a round-robin, with the victors qualifying for the single-elimination playoffs on September 14th. At the end of the tournament, the last duo standing will walk away with $5k, but this one is more for the fans. The matches will be fun, and we get to enjoy some planned entertainment, including an opening ceremony.
