KartRider Rush+ celebrates sound with Season 33 bringing some musical racers

We all know that audio is an incredibly important part of racing games, whether it be the musical tracks blasting in the background or the crunch when you hit yet another wall. KartRider Rush+ is memorialising sound by theming its latest update around it. Enter Season 33, Beat.

The most obvious influence here is the Pop Idol-themed Racers. You will be able to race as Pianist Lodumani, Coco, Dubstep Dao, and King o' Rock Bazzi. After picking your favourite, you can pop them in a few fresh karts. The Hyperion Sunset and Hyperion Midnight are the updates' highlight karts, and there is also the Speed Race Kart, Pulse. Finally, try out the five Item Race Karts: Invincimole, Scallawag Schooner, Fury Elise, Dubstep Dozer and Rockin' Roller.

With your duo locked in, it is time to hit the tracks. Subway Scramble (Moonhill) can be explored in Speed and Item races with the update launch. From July 10th, the Temple of the Heavens (Olympos) Speed Track will be available, before finally the Mine Cart Coaster (Mine) course gets added on July 25th for Speed and Item races.

In an unexpected twist, Season 33 also adds some farming content in Rushmoor Farms. You can run your own business and harvest crops, or visit your friend's farms to bless their veggies, or steal them. Take care of your farm, and you will earn Rushmoor Farms Coins to buy new seeds or upgrade your buildings.

To celebrate the new season, you can enjoy a host of events. Until July 6th, playing Ranked Mode could earn you the Bazzi Doll Back (Perm), K-Coins, and the Bolt Balloon. You’ll also earn Season Coins to trade for further goodies, including the Astronaut Tiera (Perm). There is also a Hyperion Sunset or Midnight giveaway running until August 19th.

During this time, if you log in and participate in Multiplayer or Ranked races, you will earn shards that can be traded for the S33 Hyperion Choice Chest (Perm), the S33 Hyperion Choice Chest (14 Days) and Turbo Crystals. Finally, there are some returning racer-exclusive rewards this season, such as the Romeo outfit (15 Days) and the Pine Puppet pet (15 Days).
