Drag and Drop Developers hit the iPad Top 100

Gendai Games, the creators of Game Salad, which gave the inexperienced home developer the tools to create their own iPhone and iPad games has announced the success of a number of their apps which were downloaded during the weekends iPad rush. Out of the top 100 paid apps sold, 13 titles were developed by the community of Indie developers:

Game Salad opened up a whole community of developers working from their living room. The app boasts drag-and-drop features to help anyone develop and publish their own games over multiple platforms and social networking sites. It seems great for the beginner or artist who's still getting the knack of programming.
