SD Gundam G Generation Eternal launches its SEED-centered update
The SEED Recollection story and the SEED Astray content have arrived in SD Gundam G Generation Eternal, and if you are anything like me, it made you uninstall the game. Not because it's bad, but because I had to get all my gems back to pump them immediately into the limited-time SEED banner. Crafty Bandai.
Yes, it is a good time to be a fan of Kira, Athrun, and the rest of the group, as the developers have truly gone above and beyond with the SEED Recollection Main Stages. As I have said many times, I adore that Eternal is creating its own original content, but they did it in such an engaging way, adding wonderfully animated cutscenes to tell the story between the combat.
Along with the story itself, we also got the missing units from the SEED Development Diagram, on top of the series' Ultimate design. Put in enough blood, sweat, and gears, and you can create a UR rarity Super Hyperion Gundam from SEED X Astray. And speaking of UR Gundam, the Unit Assembly.

Until May 13th, you can pull on the Featured Unit Assembly to get three special SEED prizes. The Strike Freedom Gundam (EX) and the Justice Gundam (EX) will dominate the field, and come with their pilots Kira Yamato and Athrun Zala, respectively. You can back the boys up with the Lacus Clyne & Eternal Supporter, which buffs any One-Shot Killer tagged Gundam. Or, you can give her to me, because it's the only one of the three I am missing still! She taunts me.
Finally, the SEED Astray event. Also, sticking around until the 13th, you can pick up two SSR Gundam with the Blue Frame Second L and the Gold Frame Amatsu. Pilots Lowe Guele and Gai Murakumo are also up for grabs. There is a short story to complete, followed by a big boss battle to repeatedly batter to get medals for a special gacha machine. Wave goodbye to you, AP.
SD Gundam G Generation Eternal is available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
