Summoners War: Sky Arena x Tekken 8 brings missions, prizes, and confusion

A massive update has gone live in Summoners War: Sky Arena, overhauling Trial of Ascension and adding a high-stakes Tekken 8 collaboration. Basically, the game has just become a bit tougher for the game's 11th anniversary. 

First, Trial of Ascension (Hell) has new difficulty levels to make it even more torturous but more rewards to make the torture worth it. A new point-based shop will unlock exclusives like Devilmon and Light & Dark Scroll. But with 140 floors for Challenge of Ascension's Spires and 50 floors for Attribute Towers, you're gonna be in for a tough journey to get them. 

Devs have offered some advice in a press release: "Players seeking rewards can choose to lower the difficulty settings, while those aiming for top rankings can challenge higher levels for more intense competition." 

The Tekken 8 collaboration will provide you with a bit of a break if you're sick of grinding. This continued collab takes you to Hwoarang's World Tour Dice Event, allowing you to roll dice collected from missions to claim rewards until September 30th. Move across a board to claim rewards on certain tiles, like a Reappraisal Stone and Mystical Scrolls. 

Weirdly, this event was announced a month ago but many gamers noticed that the Tekken 8 collaboration was not in the game. The comments from frustrated fans were pretty funny, with many asking: "Is the collab in the room with us?" 

However, the collab is now listed on mobile shops so it should be there now! The clash between popular Tekken fighters and Summoners War characters is quite entertaining, so check it out if you are a fighting game fan.
