Do you have a burning desire to beat people for money, but are unwilling to deal with the consequences that mugging brings? Well, MY.GAMES has a much more fun and legal way to earn cash, with the Rhandum League on Rush Royale offering a prize pool of $7,777.00. Couldn't they stretch to the 77 cents?

Kicking off July 17th, which, a cursory glance at the bottom right of my screen tells me is today, players will have three days to clamber up the rankings. So, stop reading this and get a move on. Anyone who stuck around, let’s take a closer look.

To enter, you need to be at least in League 1, and then you’re in. Everyone will have three attempts available each day across the three-day period. That's nine attempts. It’s criminal I didn't get that Countdown gig. Even better, the whole League is standardised.

Everyone gets the same pool of units and items to choose from, with every hero, unit, and equipment level all being even across the board. Honestly, the best kind of PvP, especially with a cash prize on the line. One thing to note is that there is a ban list in place. Demonologist, Dark Moloch, Tesla, Minotaur, Treant, and Corsair are all out, so plan accordingly.

And also plan plentifully, because you need to collect five decks to enter. Before battle, you and your opponent will ban two decks each, and then you will rumble with the remaining three. Note that certain units can only appear once in the five decks, so this will take a lot of strategic thinking on how to build, which decks you can bait a ban with, and other things I am not smart enough for, I am sure.

After that, it is a race for points. You’ll collect points by merging units, defeating bosses, and obtaining the boss first. The winner will be decided by the number of victories, with a tiebreaker going to whoever reaches the win count first. It sounds like it will be a fair and tactical event; I am all for it.

There is also one other thing to note: that $7,777 prize pool is still growing. Purchases made on the MY/GAMES Web Store will increase it, which is a little odd and possibly gambling-eske? Anyway, participants get in-game rewards just for taking part, so skip the store and just have some fun. You win something either way.

Rush Royale is available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
