Simply Scan product barcodes directly into the GEPIR (Global Electronic Party Information Registry) service, to find the owner of that barcode’s contact information.

Physical location numbers and Shipment numbers can also be used as search criteria.

GEPIR gives access to contact details for over 1 million companies in over 100 countries.

When a company joins GS1 it is normally given a number called a Global Company Prefix (GCP). A GCP is a unique number that can then be used as a base by the company to generate unique identification numbers for products (GTIN), shipments (SSCC), locations (GLN) and more.
