Montecarlo mPortal, an iOS application helps the employees of Montecarlo to avail support services for all departments. Employee needs to register using their Employee ID. OTP would be sent to the registered Mobile No. and E-mail (contact Admin Helpdesk to Make Changes). Employee of Montecarlo can register their request and view the status of the Calls.
