Foil is a useful and convenient native macOS to unfocus keyboard so you can focus on your task. There are many features

- Lock and unlock with mouse and keyboard shortcut
- Show indicator with wiggle animation on the top right so you know your keyboard is in unfocus mode
- Lock keyboard and screen cleaning mode, which is totally black so you can clean
- Detect all available displays and you can choose which display to unfocus
- Set a timer to focus keyboard afterwards
- Alternatively, you can click on the wiggle button on the top right of the screen 10 times to unlock

Note that this does not lock trackpad or mouse, and certain system key combinations still work.
