About these Apps:
Take the office on to any Construction Site anywhere in the World with your mobile device.

Now you can keep contemporaneous records on any Construction Site, anywhere in the World you are working and from wherever you are.

This app is suitable for anybody involved in the Construction Industry, where there is a risk of a dispute, which we believe means everybody involved in the Industry. Do you want to go paperless? We replace the illegible carbon paper copies produced by hand in the office, by allowing you to produce on your device and issue straightaway, to all recipients. No longer is there an excuse to not comply with the Contract or protect your company with Records.

Features include:
-Real-time updates and monitoring, whereby users have visibility of submissions by staff on multiple Contracts.
-Share information – send from site the document produced immediately (subject to internet connection)– via email or other Apps.
-Add images or attachments – photos, documents, other images can be added to the forms.
-Sign the documents.

Daily Site Diary –
Question – In a dispute e.g. Final Account, Adjudication, Arbitration? How can the actual story be told?
Answer – Compile a daily site diary keeping all the important records.

Daywork sheet –
Question – Have you been asked to do Variation Works?
Answer – Are the works not included in the Contract? Not sure? Undertake them on Daywork and submit a Daywork sheet from your device at the end of the Day. Better to have something than nothing.

Confirmation of Handing Over / Handed Over –
Question – When should a floor be handed over to me on the Programme?
Answer – Protect yourself – put on record when it was handed over to you or you handed back to them.

Confirmation of verbal instruction –
Question – Do you just proceed without recording a Verbal Instruction
Answer - Protect yourself - confirm it back to the person who issued it to you immediately when given from your device.

Request for Information (RFI) –
Question – You need more information, you discovered it while onsite e.g. a clash?
Answer - Send an RFI from your device, include photos, add attachments.
