My purpose in creating this app is to create awareness on social and racial discrimination and a call to take a stand against such discrimination. Through this app, I hope to bring awareness around the different social and racial injustice that takes place all around us each day, including the most effective ways to deal with them. As a community, we need to more openly and frequently talk about racism, discrimination, harassment, and other difficult topics with students and society at large. My app will walk the user through several scenarios that are based on discrimination and prompt them with actions they would take to stem or prevent the bias from happening again. My app, therefore, intends to encourage people to confront racial and social injustice. We live in a big world of many cultures, colors, traditions, and differences but underneath it all, we’re all the same. The app also has an engaining memory game that hopes to educate students about diversity and anti-racism and help them learn the differences between themselves and those with differing traditions. The hope is that this game will spur discussions regarding everything from traditional clothing of the cultures to the types of foods that people in these countries eat, what makes them different but also, what makes them the same.

What's New in Version 1.7

Improved the UI of the Scenario Quiz and the Memory Game. The user now has the option to submit their own scenarios through a Google Form within the app. The glitches found in the memory game have been resolved such as the game automatically restarting without the last character that was matched showing. The user also now no longer has to press start to begin the memory game.
