Description

This app was developed to help my father stay alive and fight against Parkinson decease and help my mother to keep in shape since she is not able to do hard exercises. I also practice walking because it's very hard to do fitness sometimes. It is very helpful who doesn't like to workout and has no passion to do fitness.

Walking has lowest barrier to start among all fitness activities and that is why if fits almost everybody.
Walking has no will barrier and when I am lazy to workout I usually walk.
Walking has almost no injures risk and it's very organic for your body.
Walking has no appetite acceleration and you better keep in shape.
Walking burn less than fitness but still good enough to keep in shape
Walking is best fitness activity for weight loss and not really a challenge
