Neowiz has recently released an update for their popular sports title, Golf Impact. It introduces Clans to the game, allowing players to create one, gather members and compete against others. On top of that, they've also added the eleventh tour, Majestic Mount Fuji.

Once you've created or joined a clan, you will compete against others to climb regional and worldwide rankings in a bid to claim that number one spot. If your clan reaches the pinnacle of Golf Impact, you will enjoy a variety of special rewards.

If you're unfamiliar with Golf Impact, it is – unsurprisingly – a golfing game. It promises easy to learn controls but hard to master gameplay. Players face off against one another in 1v1 matches to earn numerous rewards and level up their clubs to increase performance. There are multiple clubs and balls to collect, with each catering for a different playstyle.

The tours cover several locations across the world, including the United States, France, the Maldives and Fiji. Regardless of where you are, though, the weather isn't always going to be perfect. The game has a realistic weather system that apparently makes playing golf in the rain feel noticeably different to a bright, sunny day.

The game initially launched in May and has amassed a reasonable following since, with over 100,000 downloads on Google Play. The addition of clans is the game's first major update since launch, and the developers plan to introduce additional content in the coming months.

Golf Impact is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
