Identity V, NetEase’s first 1v4 asymmetrical battle mobile game, is having a very busy time recently with releases and updates popping up left, right and centre. With a new character release, new events and a new crossover, fans of the game will have plenty to sink their teeth into.

Entering the horror game is the new survivor Professor Luchino, a man who is obsessed with reptiles. Shortly after acquiring a rare viper, the professor seemed to have disappeared. When investigating his room, people found huge scales covered with blood, which do not seem to belong to any known creature. Along with the Hunter Evil Reptilian, this is the third pair to be released under the IDENTITY system, following the Orpheus and Nightmare combo, and Joker.

The new essence of the Ancient Greek-themed season has also been announced. An ancient Greek scholar discovered a fossil powered with a mysterious heat, which he used to develop a spa. With a reputation to cleanse, relax, and purify the soul, the guests flocked. Disaster soon struck however, with any guest who interacted with the spring water felt the effects of atavism, with the owner of the springs begging to worship Dionysus. The whole spring reverted to an ancient Greek state with intoxicating pleasure, slowly beginning the crazy banquet.

A new series of Duction Stars has arrived for 2022 bringing with the opportunity to vote for which character should win a new costume. The character with the most votes at the end of the event will have a new exclusive customized S costume released for players to purchase in the store.

Starting from May 1st till June 5th, Identity V is holding a crossover with B.Duck. Players can gain crossover Accessories, a portrait frame, and graffiti. There are also four costumes and furniture to gather. For the first week, there is a 20% minimum discount in the store, so if there are any gamers who think a horror game isn't complete without a giant menacing duck then it's their lucky month.

Identity V is available to download now on the App Store and Google Play.
