Rainbow Six Mobile's Cold Clash is here, but only for some countries

Rainbow Six Mobile is kicking off the New Year with Cold Clash. 

This limited-time playlist is taken from Operation Riptide, the current season (which started in November 2025). Cold Clash is the Week 9 playlist, bringing a new game mode and rewards. 

Cold Clash game and rewards

Cold Clash is bringing players an icy face-off: five Bucks versus five Frosts. You can play these operators even if you haven't unlocked them yet. Respawns are on in this variation of Secure Area and players must race to capture objectives as fast as possible.

It's action-packed and fast-paced, with both teams wanting to get the fastest objective capture time or the most capture progress. 

Participate and you'll get these rewards: 

• Champagne bottle charm
• Matching border, banner, and avatar
• Gold bullets

What is the Week 10 playlist?

Next week is 3v3 Feast. This is a 3v3 Restaurant Bomb mode has teams looking for rooms that contain two bombs. Once the room is located, breach the premises and plant the defuser. Attackers win if they can defuse one of the two bombs, but defenders win if they fail to do so. 

 

"Tight quarters with smaller teams create fast, focused matches where every move counts. It's a stripped-down experience that rewards quick thinking and clean execution, and it's only here for a limited time," stated Rainbow Six Siege devs. 

Like Cold Clash, this game will also have exclusive rewards for participating. 

Unfortunately, most countries are missing out on these events and rewards. Rainbow Six Mobile is coming out internationally in late February 2026. It's been really tricky for gamers to wait this long, especially after hearing of Ubisoft Halifax's shutdown. However, it appears that the devs are pushing ahead for now and the release will be on right on time.
