Description

Easy tracking of your maxes by exercise and weight for people who work out.

This app is for the following people:
- hardcore lifters who have bloodshot eyes, a buzz cut, the barbed wire tattoo around the upper arm, a back that looks like a map with cities plotted on it, and make primate-like grunting sounds with each rep, and who want to keep track of their maxes so they can walk around the gym like they own the place
- lifelong lifters who go to the gym regularly, spend most of their time there watching TV or laying on the tanning bed, still have a gut but don't really care, and who want to keep track of their maxes so they can monitor their 'progress'
- beginners who drink protein shakes and creatine drinks in an attempt to 'get huge' so they don't get sand kicked in their face at the beach, who have bad exercise technique so they can lift more, who have the buzz cut hairdo and barbed wire tattoo picked out and ready for when they become the hardcore lifter, and who want to keep track of their maxes so they know when they can stop feeling embarrassed
- anyone else who wants to track their maxes for whatever reason
- anyone who doesn't want to track every set and rep of their workout but wants to monitor improvements in strength and endurance
