Description

"Tabata Workout" is an amazing training app base on the Tabata Protocol.

Tabata Protocol consists of eight cycles where you perform 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. It is a High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) workout that lasts only 4 minutes. And no need for any additional equipment.
