Description

If you don't want to track calories but you want to understand your eating habits so you can lose weight then this app is for you!

Whenever you have something to eat indicate if you are hungry or not. Then you can monitor your eating habits in the following ways:
- the number of meals you ate each day during the week and the percentage of meals you ate when hungry
- the number of meals you ate each month during the year and the percentage of meals you ate when hungry
- the average number of meals you eat each day of the week and the percentage of meals you eat when hungry

The app supports 3D touch and has a notification center widget for convenient meal logging.
