INESCOP YourFeet is an application for mobile devices that is developed by INESCOP. It allows to calculate the length and width of the foot quickly and easily, as well as the size of the user's foot in the various international systems.

This application is conceived as a supporting tool for footwear on-line sales, although its use can be extended to regular physical stores. In the case of on-line sales, users can retrieve, from their homes or any other location, their foot measurements and most importantly, the size they use. By displaying size in the different sizing systems, users avoid confusion if they wish to purchase footwear which is based on other system than the one they regularly use.

The usage of INESCOP YourFeet is fast, simple and intuitive, and the accuracy of the measurements it provides is adequate. This measurement is based on taking photographs of the feet from a lateral and upper perspective. Additionally, an a-4 paper sheet is used as a reference for converting the dimensions extracted from the pictures into real world measures. These dimensions are the foot length, and optionally, the foot width. Measurements are stored in the device and can be viewed later. The application also calculates the user´s foot size in the Continental (European), British (U.K.), American (U.S.) and MondoPoint systems, by using the technical specification defined in ISO/TS 19407.

INESCOP YourFeet is available for both iPhone and iPad. The measurements performed can be shared through the main messaging applications and social networks commonly used.
